Fast Travel Games

Please read these terms of use (“terms”) carefully before accessing the game.

This is a virtual/mixed/augmented reality game. When playing the game, you may not be able to see, hear or feel your physical surroundings when wearing a virtual/mixed/augmented reality headset. It is your responsibility to follow health and safety guidelines of the platforms/headset manufacturers when playing the game to ensure that you don’t injure yourself, any other persons, or damage property, etc. Playing the game is at your own risk.

A. Account Registration

To access and play the game you will need to register an account with a third-party platform such as Meta’s Quest Store, Sony’s PlayStation/PlayStation VR, Steam (Valve), etc. Fast Travel Games reserves the right to disable or block access to our games without notice.

B. Age Limitation

Children under the age of 13 may not access and play the game. Access to the game by anyone under 13, is unauthorized and a violation of these terms.

C. Prohibited Use

Fast Travel Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to use and display the games and related software (excluding source and object code) for your personal (or household) non-commercial use of which you are the primary user. You agree not to use the game for any other purpose, or to copy or distribute the content of the game.

D. Payment

All fees regarding the Game and Purchasable Content are payable to the platform/service provider that you are purchasing and downloading the Game from. Fast Travel Games is not a part of any such transaction.

E. Promotions, Contests, etc

Fast Travel Games and/or its partners may organize contests, raffles, surveys, promotions (each a “Promotion”). In addition to these Terms, Promotions are subject to particular promotional terms which we shall communicate to you at the time of these Promotions. By participating in any Promotion, you will become subject to those promotional terms.

F. Liability

You agree that playing the game is at your own risk. The games are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
