Fast Travel Games Celebrates Record-Breaking Holiday Sales Led By Vampire: The Masquerade - Justice

Fast Travel Games today announced its most successful holiday period in its eight-year history. In total, the company sold over 100,000 units of its titles over the course of November and December 2023, doubling sales year-over-year.

The success was driven by the November 2023 release of Vampire: The Masquerade - Justice on Meta Quest platforms and PlayStation VR2, which has become the studio’s fastest-selling internally developed title to date. Strong performance of the company’s publishing titles and updated versions of existing games on new platforms like Meta Quest 3 and PlayStation VR2 also contributed. November and December 2023 were consecutive record-breaking months for the studio, in terms of unit sales.

"It's humbling to be able to reflect on our success as a studio over the holiday period," said Oskar Burman, CEO of Fast Travel Games. "These are challenging times for our industry, and we're very fortunate to be seeing crucial growth within our core unit sales. In 2024, we'll look to consolidate that success both as a developer with the release of Mannequin and by spreading it to the smaller, passionate teams that make up our publishing partners."

The successful quarter puts Fast Travel Games on strong footing in 2024 as it plans its biggest year yet. Vampire: The Masquerade - Justice is heading to PC VR on February 6, and the studio will soon open up access to its first-ever internally developed multiplayer title, Mannequin, ahead of a full launch later in the year. The company’s publishing arm will also launch ambitious superhero simulator, Project Demigod, on February 1, with more announcements to come.
